Method

  1. Rinse the rice in water until the water runs clear.

  8. Add soaked rice and water. Bring it to a boil.
  9. Lower the heat and cover the pot with a lid. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the water has evaporated.
  10. Turn off the heat and let the rice sit covered for 5 minutes.
  11. Fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with coriander leaves.
  12. Mushroom rice is ready to be served.
