- 1 teaspoon of paprika powder
- 2 cups of chicken stock
- Salt to taste

Method
1. Rinse the rice in cold water until the water runs clear. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. 3. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent. 4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute. 5. Add the Nando's Peri-Peri sauce, turmeric powder, and paprika powder to the saucepan and stir well. 6. Add the rice to the saucepan and stir well to coat the rice with the spice mixture. 7. Add the chicken stock and salt to taste. Stir well. 8. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the saucepan with a lid. 9.
