- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink.

- Add diced tomatoes (undrained), rice, water, salsa, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
