Add the chopped pistachios, dried cranberries, golden raisins, chopped dried apricots, and chopped dried figs to the skillet. 10. Cook the nut and fruit mixture for 3-5 minutes until the fruits are plump and the nuts are toasted. 11. Once the nut and fruit mixture is done, gently fold it into the cooked rice.
