  • 1 tablespoon of Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 cup of Cooking Oil
  • 2 cups of Water
  • Coriander Leaves (for garnishing)

Equipment

Method

  1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 30 minutes.

  7. Drain the water from the soaked rice and add it to the pot. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add 2 cups of water to the pot and bring it to a boil.
  9. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for around 20 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
