- 12-pound turkey
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
- Remove the giblets and neck from the turkey and rinse the turkey inside and out with cold water.
