- 2 cups flattened rice
- 1 cup grated jaggery
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 1/4 cup water

Method
- Wash the flattened rice in water and drain out all the water.
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add flattened rice to it. Roast it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add grated jaggery and water to the pan and stir well.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
- After 7 minutes, check if the jaggery has melted and mixed well with the flattened rice. If not, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Now, add grated coconut and cardamom powder to the pan and mix well.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for another 5-7 minutes on low flame.
- After 7 minutes, check if the flattened rice has absorbed all the jaggery and coconut mixture. If not, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Turn off the flame and let it cool down for 5-10 minutes.
- Flattened rice sweet is now ready to be served.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness according to your preference by adding more or less jaggery.
- If you like a more coconutty flavor, you can add more grated coconut to the dish.
