- 4 cups of water

- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup of cooked chicken, diced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Equipment
- A large pot with a lid
- A wok or large frying pan
- A wooden spoon or spatula
- A cutting board and knife
Method
- Rinse the rice thoroughly and drain it.
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil and add the rice. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot with a lid. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.
- Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until the onion is translucent.

- Add the cooked chicken to the wok or frying pan and stir everything together.
