- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 green onions, chopped

Method
- Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and onion and stir-fry for 1 minute.

- Stir in the chopped green onions.
