Method
- Sort and rinse the beans, then soak them in water overnight.

- If you don't have time to soak the beans overnight, you can use the quick soak method. Simply put the beans in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat and let soak for 1 hour.
