- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pizza sauce

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. 2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse them in a food processor or blender until they resemble rice. 3. Let the cauliflower cool for a few minutes, then transfer it to a clean kitchen towel and wring out as much moisture as possible. 5. In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower, egg, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. 6. Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the cauliflower mixture into a circle, about 1/4 inch thick. 7. Bake the crust for 20-25 minutes, or until it is golden brown and crispy. 8. Remove the crust from the oven and add your desired toppings. 9.
