- 3 cups brown rice puffs
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
- Grease the baking dish with coconut oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the brown rice puffs.
- In a saucepan, heat the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil over low heat until melted and mixed together.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture over the rice puffs and mix well with a spatula.
- Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and press down with the spatula until even.
- Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until firm.

Notes
