Recipe Tips
- Use long-grain white rice for the best texture and flavor. - If you don't have Cajun seasoning, you can make your own by combining paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, and salt. - Don't skip soaking the beans if the recipe calls for it – it helps them cook faster and more evenly. - Leftover rice dishes can be reheated in the microwave or on the stovetop. Add a splash of water or broth to keep it from drying out.
