Method

Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a ball. 4. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat. 5. Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the rice balls into the oil and fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. 6. Use a slotted spoon or spider strainer to remove the rice balls from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. 7.
