- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.

- Add the cauliflower rice to the frying pan and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.

- While the cauliflower rice is baking, season the fish fillet with salt and black pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the fish fillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Take the cauliflower rice out of the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve the cauliflower rice with the fish fillet and lemon wedges on the side.
