Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Using your hands, form the mixture into 12-16 balls, depending on the desired size.
- Place the flour in a small bowl, the beaten eggs in another small bowl, and the panko breadcrumbs in a third small bowl.
- One at a time, roll each rice ball in the flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in the panko breadcrumbs, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the ball to ensure it is fully coated.
- Place the coated rice balls on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle them with the olive oil.
- Bake the rice balls in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the rice balls from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
